What counts as a server?
Any server with Obermon installed that has sent data. Added one but never connected it? You don't pay for it.
What if I add or remove servers mid-month?
No problem. The count updates daily and the difference is prorated on your next invoice.
Do volume discounts apply per client?
Better: they apply across every server in your account. The more clients you manage, the less each server costs.
Can I use the Free plan for work?
Yes. No usage restrictions, just the plan limits.
Is security included in the free plan?
As a preview. Free checks the software on your servers and tells you how many vulnerabilities there are, how many are critical and how many attackers already exploit. Which ones they are, what to update first and alerts start on Pro, at no extra cost.
Does AI cost extra?
No. Every plan includes a monthly number of AI diagnoses. Bring your own AI key and there's no cap.
What if a payment fails?
You have 7 days to sort it out. After that, your account drops to Free plan features. Your data stays.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for.
